Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in exceptional circumstances that will be assessed by EQUEEN on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made or personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items).

If you have any questions regarding a specific product, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

 


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

 


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
