Damaged Packages or Delivery Issues

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing: acquisti@equeen.it. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.


Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons not attributable to EQUEEN (such as an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or recipient unavailability), additional shipping charges may apply for a new shipment.
